Real Express Pool jobs across Greater Houston
A look at recent pool renovations and new builds we have completed for homeowners around Houston, in their words and ours.
Spa-to-ledge conversion — Kingwood, TX
This Kingwood backyard was ready for a modern upgrade. Featuring an outdated raised brick spa on the shallow end and worn tile and coping, the entire outdoor space felt stuck in the past.
We gave the entire pool a complete, top-to-bottom makeover. Our team converted the existing spa into a spacious custom tanning ledge, the ultimate shallow shelf for lounge chairs and family fun. We finished the transformation with brand-new tile and coping, a freshly resurfaced pool interior, and a brand-new deck. The result? A stunning, modern backyard retreat and another thrilled homeowner.
What spa?
Instead of removing the entire structure, we kept the existing spa shell and repurposed it into a spacious tanning ledge in the shallow end. By finishing the new shelf with matching plaster, tile, and coping, the transition is completely seamless.
The new ledge is the ultimate multi-use spot, deep enough for comfortable lounging and shallow enough for small kids to play safely.

Because we partner with multiple leading tile and coping suppliers, your design options are never limited.
