A spa turned into a tanning ledge — Kingwood, TX
This Kingwood pool came to us with an attached spa and dated brick coping. As part of a full remodel we converted the spa into a tanning ledge, a shallow shelf for lounge chairs and for kids to play on, and refinished the pool throughout.
The same spa, finished
The spa shell stayed where it was. We cut it down to a shallow shelf, replastered it with the rest of the pool, and tiled the edge so it reads as one surface instead of a leftover spa.
